How do I earn Red Dollars?
Earning Red Dollars is simple. All you need to do is purchase participating Red Smoke Alarm products and redeem your dollars via the Red Rewards Program.

What Prodcuts can I earn Red Rewards dollars on?
The following products are eligible: R10RF, R240, R10, R240RC, R9, RWB2, RWC, RHIS, RHA10RF, RHA240SL, GTC-2968X, Mini-968D, Mini-968/10Y
They must be purchased through an approved electrical wholesaler. MJS Electrical Supplies is an approved electrical wholesaler under the program!

Who is applicable to earn Red Rewards Dollars?
All contractors with a valid ABN buying through an approved electrical wholesaler.

How much can i earn on the Red Rewards Dollars program?
The reward amounts are as follows. There is a double dollars promotional period from 1st December 2023 to 1st April 2024



When is the promo valid from?
The promotion begins from 1st November 2023. Any invoices before this date are not eligible.

How do i sign up for a Red Dollars account?
Simply visit https://thinkredrewards.com.au/reddollars and click on the Register button. Follow the registration process, and once completed you can start earning Red Dollars.

Is there a limit to how many Red Dollars i can earn?
There is no limit to how many Red Dollars you can earn through the program.

Is there a limit to how many Red Dollars i can have in my account at once?
Yes, if you have more than $10,000 Red Dollars in your account you will not be able to collect any Red Dollars more than this. Before you can earn more Red Dollars, you will need to redeem the Red Dollars in your account. 

How much do i need in my account before i can cash out?
You will need to have a minimum of $150 approved funds in your account before a cashout. 

Is there a maximum cashout value?
You can cash out a maximum of $4999 per Digital Visa Gift Card in any one transaction.

How long does it take for the money to refelct in my account?
After uploading your invoice, please allow up to 3 working days for the funds to reflect in your account. During this period the money will be in a pending status. After 30 days it will become available to you to cash out.

How long do i have to use my Red Dollars in my banking profile?
Your dollars will be valid in your account for 12 months from the point of banking.

What happens if i return products or get a refund?
If you return eligible Red Smoke Alarm products or get refunds for them, Red Smoke Alarms may reverse or cancel Red Dollars or Visa gift cards associated with those purchases.

Are Red Dollars transferable?
No, they are non-transferable. Once claimed you cannot move them into a different account.
