MJS Electrical Products & Supplies always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices.

All prices are in AUD and are inclusive of GST. Prices displayed on this site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.

13. Delivery

If you are unsure of these delivery terms and conditions, or are seeking more information in regards to our delivery service, please email us at info@mjselectricalsupplies.com.au prior to purchasing.

This website is linked to the Australia Post website. Delivery costs are based on item size / weight. Where possible the item may fit in a prepaid satchel this option will become available to you during checkout. If you feel the shipping costs are too high, before making payment please contact us to review the costs.

We use Australia Post as our main carrier and various couriers to deliver our products to you.

Remote areas, pallet deliveries and big/bulky items may attract additional surcharges. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.

Please allow 1-3 days for metro delivery. WA, NT and other remote locations please allow 7-14 days delivery time.

Your order will be filled within 24 hours whenever possible. If for reasons beyond our control we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours (supplier stock issue, special order stock, etc) we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements.

We reserve the right to terminate any orders and refund all monies in total.

14. Returns

Change of Mind

All products purchased from MJS Electrical Products & Supplies are backed by a thirty (30) day Peace of Mind Return Policy. All products returned must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. We will not allow returns on damaged or incomplete products. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will organise for the return of the goods and arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product. Customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We can not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

Special Order Items

Items on our site which are marked as "Special Order" are not able to be returned unless faulty or damaged in transit. It is up to the managers discretion if we are able to take back a special order item for return. Restocking fees may apply.

Warranties

Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and / or suppliers warranty terms and conditions (available on request). We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to product failure. We will process product warranty claims through the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers. All products available on this site must be installed by a licensed electrical tradesman / technician. DIY electrical work is illegal and all warranties are automatically voided if an unlicensed person has been found carried out the installation.

15. Title and risk

Title to the goods purchased on this site does not pass from MJS Electrical Products & Supplies to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. After the goods leave MJS Electrical Products & Supplies premises or control, goods shall be held at the buyers risk and expense in the respect of loss, damage and deterioration from any cause. It is the customers responsibility to check all cable sizes & material received, before installation. Interest of 1% per month will be applied to overdue accounts 30 days plus.

16. Disclaimer of warranty

MJS Electrical Products & Supplies is providing this site and its contents on an 'as is' basis and use of this site is at your own risk. MJS Electrical Products & Supplies and its related companies, affiliates, licensors or licensees, and their respective directors, officers, employees or agents make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of the information contained on this site (including in relation to any products or services). To the extent permitted by law, none of them will be liable or responsible in any way (including in negligence) for errors in, or omissions from, the information contained on this site. To the extent permitted by law, MJS Electrical Products & Supplies expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
