Acceptance. By meeting the critera for entries to the promotion, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Offer Period. The promotional period is from 1st October 2024 - 31st October 2024. MJS Electrical Products & Supplies has the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.
Conditions. Promotions are not valid for physical cash. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts including price matching of any other retailer. Promotion is valid on Pre-Paid Sales Only (No 30 Day Credit Terms) Staff and relatives of MJS Electrical Products & Suplies are excluded from this promotional offer.
Promotion is valid for Australian residents only.
Promotions may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. Minimum spending amounts to qualify for the promotional tiers are inclusive of GST unless specified.
Offers are non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). Promotions may be subject to availability.
Redemption. To enter during an Offer Period, simply add your items to your shopping cart. The sales data will be compiled at the end of the promotional period to identify respective qualifying sales and their entries.
Shipping. Items will only be shipped to addresses within Australia. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct. If you are not available to accept the parcel it will be delivered to your nearest postal facility. It is the customers responsibility to arrange collection within 10 working days. Redelivery of the order will be charged at the customers expense.
Returns. Returns and exchanges are subject to MJS Electrical Products & Supplies return policy. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using a promotional offer, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you. You may also have eligible entries removed from the draw.
